Understand your result

Rowvero is a preflight check, not an import guarantee. Invalid means a blocking issue was found. Partially checked means some recognized columns are outside our validation coverage. Read unresolved issues before importing. Historical reports can use older rules.

Headers and barcode columns

Safe correction can normalize header spacing and capitalization. Rowvero does not merge Barcode and Barcodes columns. Resolve the conflict in your source file, keeping the intended values. Never delete a column just to remove an error without checking its purpose.

Empty fields in an update

An included empty field can be an overwrite risk. Rowvero has no access to your current store and cannot tell whether clearing that value is intended. Review the warning in context. Removing an entire column affects all products in this file; do not do so indiscriminately.

Invalid prices

A non-numeric price requires manual repair. Rowvero keeps the original value and does not guess a price or locale. A downloadable file with unresolved errors is not ready for import merely because its headers were corrected.

Package dimensions

Review related package fields together. Rowvero flags incomplete groups and potential clearing of empty dimensions on updates. Some cases still require an isolated Shopify import to establish the exact result. No dimensions are invented or silently filled.

Download and blocked exports

CSV export may be blocked for unsafe encoding, broken structure or formula-like values. JSON explains findings. Rowvero does not silently neutralize formula-like product values. Keep your original file and correct the source manually. A server response cannot prove a file was saved on your device.

Subscription and cancellation

Use Account to open the payment provider portal and manage an existing subscription. Support articles cannot cancel or change a subscription. Do not send card details. Contact the operator using the address in the imprint for unresolved billing questions.

Account, privacy and support

You can delete checks or your account in Account, subject to the displayed active-subscription requirements. Automatic password recovery and email verification are not yet available. Do not send passwords or CSV/customer data to support. Operator contact is in the imprint.
